.75 oz Lime Juice
.75 Agave Syrup
.25 oz Green Chartreuse
1 5″ slice of Green Bell Pepper
Muddle the bell pepper and agave syrup.
Add the remainder, Shake, Double Strain, Coupe.
Garnish: Lime Wheel, Umbrella.
