Chef B. Schneid

Our Chef

“First and foremost I am a chef, whether behind the stove at one of my North Texas or Southern California homes or for the past several seasons in here among the finest guests ever to grace the waters of Sandlin.  Creating new dishes and flavor combinations that bring our dining guests pleasure is my job and I love it.”

Chef B. Schneid commits himself to creating classic “Schneider-ian” cuisine  with the finest quality ingredients, along with a similarly intense focus on impeccable guest service, and earning the scorn of dishwashers across the country.

Capt’n Curt

Our Bartender

“Mixology is a blind man’s profession. He mixes not what he sees, but what he feels, what he tells himself about what he has seen.”

To butcher another line from Pablo Picasso, Capt’n Curt says that “Good ‘tenders copy, Great ‘tenders steal.” Dedicated to the art and show of the mix and focused on curating an extensive, living cocktail list like the caring of a shepherd for his herd. Good company, good cocktails, good welcome, can make good people. Step into the church, taketh thy cup and let the spirits flow.
