Mezcal Mule

Mezcal Mule
(Meehan, 2009)

1.5 oz Mezcal
.75 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Passion Fruit Puree/Syrup
.5 oz Agave Syrup
3 slices of Cucumber

Muddle the agave syrup and cucumber. Add everything else, Shake, Strain, Rocks.
Garnish: Slice of Cucumber, pinch of ground chili, candied ginger.
