1.5 oz Rum (Ron) Aged Spanish Rum
.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Campari
.5 Cointreau
1-2 dash of Angostura Bitters
Stir, Strain, Coupe. Garnish Lemon or Orange Twist.
This is a poor sailor’s spin on The Beauty Beneath by Jeffrey Morgenthaler (2008). The original calls for Vergano Americano, here we are using Sweet Vermouth and Campari to substitute.
